Here is version 0.13 which revamps the MC_PC and other things Like i explained a couple weeks back. Im aware there will be some new issues that arise so keep me posted. At the moment you can level up lockpicking but it doesn't reset etc but these changes are coming soon. Lockpicking doesn't allow you any benefits at the moment so don't worry. In version 0.14 there will be scenes that can be obtained. found more grammar monsters and bugs that I took care of. I'll keep you posted about 0.14.
